I just realised i forgot to share with my Deviant Art friends ... the fact that I have brought out a book.

It is a colouring journal.

Colour Your Life is especially good for people who want to create a visual journal, but don't quite know where to start. It has 36 illustrations with spaces to colour and spaces to write, and 36 prompts which guide the reader through life journalling subjects in five different categories; individuality, choices, networks (people who look out for you) goals and dreams and emotions.

You will write about your life partner, goals for the future, your wishes, favourite foods, what makes you happy, your family tree, and your pets just to name a few.

I'd love it if you could support me by picking up a copy for yourself or a friend that you know wants to have a visual journal, but is afraid to start.

I have seen people doing those sketch a day for a year challenges. I'm not sure I'm up for that. Some of my drawings take all day.
But maybe I could do 30 minutes a day?
I think if I decided to do that I would have to choose to do much smaller drawings than I normally do.
I suppose there is no rule to say that if you go over the 30 minutes, you have to stop if a drawing is particularly fun.

What are your thoughts?
